About services & payment
How much do your services cost?
The consultation is free. The cost of the packages depends on the country, the number of universities and the scope of help — we fix it in the contract before work begins, with no “extra charges along the way”.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. Payment is usually split into stages — for example, on signing the contract and after receiving the offer. The exact schedule is set out in the contract.
What if I don't get in?
We build a list of universities at different levels in advance so that you have options. Refund terms, where applicable, are set out in the contract.
Do you take money for tuition?
No. Tuition is paid directly to the university's official account using the details from the admission letter.
Do you work online?
Yes. Consultations, document work and signing the contract can all be done remotely — from any city in Kazakhstan.
